Cost
Delivery times
Counted from dispatch, not from when you order. Items are shipped internationally from our overseas suppliers, mainly in China, so international transit time is included in this range.
When your order is dispatched
Because we acquire each item before we sell it to you, and because it ships internationally, there is a step between your order and dispatch. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Transit then takes 4 to 20 business days. If an item is going to take longer than that, we email you rather than leaving you guessing.

Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking, with no exceptions and no extra charge.
Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment the order is dispatched.
International tracking often pauses for several days between scans, which is normal. If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Something gone wrong
If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@fluffovia.com with your order number. We deal with the carrier so you do not have to.
Tracked delivery to your door
Most orders arrive 4 to 20 business days after dispatch. Estimates only, never guaranteed.
