The five questions we get most
Most orders arrive 4 to 20 business days after dispatch, and longer during busy periods. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched.
Nothing. For a limited time shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no code needed. We do not ship outside Australia yet.
You can request a change of mind return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is usually at your cost. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by Australian Consumer Law and we put those right at our cost.
We can arrange trade pricing for orders above 20 units. Email support@fluffovia.com with your business name and ABN and I will come back to you.
